My coaching supports individuals navigating personal transformation after trauma, burnout, injury, or major life transitions. Through the Self Recall® method, clients are guided to reconnect with their identity, nervous system, and embodied confidence — without force or performance.

This work blends mind–body awareness, identity recalibration, and permission-based movement, helping clients rebuild trust with themselves, restore inner safety, and create sustainable change.
